Came to deliver a mattress during a snowshower, but the two snowflake deliverymen refused to walk thru a couple inches if snow. Seriously? 3-4 inches of snow for about 40 feet. I believe they were just slugs looking to get out of honest work. Wound up hauling mattress and box spring myself with the help of my 100lb daughter. Mattressfirm needs to get rid of this clown act company.
